These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DeepLode SEO platform at app.deeplode.ioand related services (the “Service”), provided by Velirum Digital OU (“DeepLode,” “we,” “us”), the company behind DeepLode. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the members you invite to your organization. You must be authorized to act on behalf of any organization or website you connect.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Do not connect data sources or properties you are not authorized to access.
• Do not resell or misrepresent the Service without our written permission.

3. Third-party integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including Google Search Console and Google Analytics, that you choose to connect. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their respective terms. You authorize DeepLode to access the data described in our Privacy Policy on your behalf, and you may revoke that access at any time. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.

4. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you provide and the data we access on your behalf. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We handle data received from Google APIs in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

5. Service availability

We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

6. Fees

Where the Service is offered on a paid basis, applicable fees and billing terms will be presented to you before purchase. Free or trial access may be subject to limits.

The Service and its insights (including AI-generated diagnostics) are provided “as is” for informational purposes. We do not warrant that the Service or its recommendations will achieve any particular result. You are responsible for decisions made based on the Service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepLode will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
